Nate is the First Tenor of the group, often singing as high as Cory can hope for. Using his strange, and often abstract humor to keep practices entertaining, he is known for messing around with John, carrying or being carried by Scott piggy-back, playing N64's MarioKart with his roommate Cory in the early hours of the morning, and making sure nobody denies that he is not totally sane. Nate leans towards the upbeat songs when presenting ideas to the group, as he likes to have fun with the audience. He is engaged to Jennifer Van Den Hul of Sioux Center, one of the few people that can rein his erratic behavior.

Nate is an English Teaching Major, using his creativity and personality to help students find education fun as well as beneficial. Loving Shakespeare, Hughes, and Peretti, he enjoys both classic literature as well as modern fiction. He is from Chicago, IL.
